New energy vehicle charging dilemma in winter: wake up at four in the morning and queue up, has it become a physical task?

CCTV Finance Channel reported that after the winter temperature dropped sharply, the problem of "difficult charging" of new energy vehicles was once again brought to the table. It is reported that many owners of pure electric vehicles in Beijing have to increase the charging frequency due to the drop in temperature. However, the number of charging infrastructure is seriously insufficient. Therefore, some car owners can only charge their cars at charging stations late at night, and some people even have to charge their cars. At the expense of sleep time, they queued for an hour at four o'clock in the morning to recharge their batteries.

Not only is it difficult to charge, but it is also not easy to exchange electricity. The spare battery in the exchange station is not enough. Vehicle owners who need to exchange can only wait in line at the exchange station. The efficiency is not much higher than that of charging. It seems that everyone generally considers the most reliable supplement. The energy method also appears powerless at this moment, and the shortcomings of new energy vehicles still cannot be solved.

In fact, many new energy car companies will send charging piles when users buy a car, so why do so many people go to the charging station to charge? Shen Hui, the founder, chairman and CEO of Weimar Motors, said, “Every time I hear car owners complain about the difficulty of installing charging piles, I feel very heavy. Weimar delivered more than 40,000 vehicles this year, but there are 20,000 vehicles. The charging pile cannot be delivered."

In fact, it is not difficult to understand that consumers who buy cars do not necessarily have private parking spaces, so they cannot install charging piles. Even if there are private parking spaces, some residential properties will not allow car owners to install them for reasons such as electric capacity and safety hazards.
