Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A: we are a manufacturer, which focus making the covers more than 20 years. The factory located in Tiantai.

Q2: where is your factory?

A: our factory located in Tiantai, Zhejiang. In about 2hours driving to Ningbo or Hangzhou.

Q3: how many workers your factory have?

A: in about 750 workers.

Q4: how long can I get the quotation?

A: if in normal fabric, normal sizes, will be in about1-2days. If in your special design, It will cost about 5-7days after confirmed.

Q5: How to get a sample from you?

A: 1-2 samples per series will be free for you. But the freight should be on your side.

Q6: how about the lead time for the samples?

A: if in normal fabric, will cost about 5-7 days.

Q7: what’s the MOQ for the cover?

A: 100pcs per size, total more than 500pcs.

Q8: What’s the payment term?

A: We usually doing 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L by T/T

Q9: how about the Lead time?

A: in about 60days after the 30% deposit and confirmed all the detail.

Q10: Can the cover be in customer’s design?

A: yes, pls tell us the sharp and sizes. We can design for you or just make the cover according to you design.
