China Standard GB19082-2009

This year, we expand our product for medical disposable protective coveralls. Every batches are tested strictly by our new lab according to GB19082-2009.

1. The appareance should be clean without holes.

2. The clothing size should meet standard requirement, including body size, chest size, sleeve size, wist and ankle cuff size.

3. Hydrostatic pressure should be more than ≥ 1.67 Kpa

4. Blood permeability should be ≥1.75 Kpa(grade2)

5. PFE should be ≥70%

6. Moisture permeability need to be ≥ 2500g/㎡.d

7. Breaking strength need to be ≥ 45N, including warp&weft

8. Elongation at break should be ≥ 15%

9. Electricity should be ≤0.6 uc/pc

10. About micro requirement:

    a. Bacterial colony should be ≤ 200 CFU/g

    b. Fungal colony need to be ≤100 CFU/g

    c. Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aerudinaso, Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus hemolyticus are not detected
